1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Kynect Chat, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access or use our platform services.

2. Account Registration & Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, display name, and authentication tokens. All activities occurring under your account are your sole responsibility.

Users must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
Impersonation of another person, organization, or partner entity is strictly prohibited.
You must immediately notify support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Content Rules & Community Safety

Users, vendors, and partners retain ownership of content submitted to Kynect Chat, but grant the platform a non-exclusive license to host, display, and format content.

Prohibited Content Includes:

Spam, scam listings, fraudulent payment requests, hate speech, explicit content, copyrighted materials without authorization, and malicious software.

4. Partner & Vendor Program Access

Vendors, Sellers, Event Organizers, and Employers participating in the Partner Program must adhere to specific operational guidelines:

Product descriptions, pricing, and job details must remain truthful and up to date.
Partner badges and roles are subject to periodic safety audit and customer review feedback.
Violations of customer agreement terms may lead to partner role revocation or account suspension.

5. Issue Reporting & Moderation

Kynect Chat reserves the right to review, edit, hide, or terminate any user listing, post, or account that violates platform guidelines. Issues can be reported anytime via our Issue Reporting Center.
